Available in Alpha and Beta.
Ask DRE for live tire temperatures to hear tire-surface readings, or ask for brake temperatures to hear brake readings, when the simulator supplies that telemetry.
Automatic alerts are separate and apply only to dry-tire surface and carcass temperatures. There are no automatic brake-temperature alerts.
- Surface: enabled by default, with default low and high thresholds of 55°C and 125°C, plus spike filtering.
- Carcass: disabled by default, with default low and high thresholds of 70°C and 110°C, a 30-second confirmation period, and a 60-second recovery period.
When surface and carcass warnings match, DRE combines them. If they disagree, the carcass warning takes priority.
LMU supplies live tire temperatures through rFactor telemetry, and Assetto Corsa supports live tire temperatures. ACC supplies live brake temperatures only, without live tire-surface or carcass temperatures. iRacing's delayed tire data does not trigger live tire alerts.
Changing the temperature thresholds requires Essentials or higher.
