Temporary Opponent Tracking

When iRacing briefly stops sending an opponent's lap-distance data, DRE estimates where the car is likely to be instead of immediately dropping it from relative and position calculations. Live telemetry takes over automatically when the data returns. If the driver remains missing, DRE stops estimating and treats them as disconnected.
