Description
Enable `Session -> Weather -> Alert Weather` to hear when the track wetness changes and its new wetness
- This also tells you the Track Health, which reflects the performance level compared to the optimal
- How wet the track currently is reflected as a blend of the measured value in the sim and DRE's own interpretation of the track health.
- While the track might be flooded in some areas causing the sim value to be `Flooded`, this track wetness value indicates more of the racing line wetness
