Why do I hear “Your throttle is not calibrated”?

This means your throttle is slightly above 0% at all times, or never reaches 100%, and should be recalibrated.

If you don’t recalibrate your pedals, you’re probably not as fast on straights as possible and may have a different, and sub-optimal, braking before corners.

You can also choose to ignore the alert:

In DRE, at the top search bar type pedal
Click on Pedals Hang
Switch the setting from Enabled to Disabled

The same applies to “You brake pedal is not calibrated”, while it here means, your brake pedal input is always above 0%, meaning the car is dragging while accelerating.
