✅ Logic for handling download of Microsoft Speech recognition modules wasn’t complete

✅ [iRacing] Current Lap value was off by one at the first lap in races

✅ [iRacing] Unstable connection could skew the physics internal clock

• This would cause a duplication of the same telemetry across multiple polls and cause DRE to believe iRacing was paused
• Now when this occurs, DRE filters out these duplicated telemetry packets and only handles true continuous ticking telemetry coming off iRacing
• On top of this, the timing of iRacing data polls has been improved to closer match the iRacing clock

✅ Restrained laps left to be maximum the Session Laps Remain in races where Session Laps is defined

✅ Bugs caught by the internal bug tracker
