β Discord link in system tray
- Added quick link to DRE’s Discord server
- Locate it by right-clicking the DRE icon in Windows system tray
π Analytics Fuel
- See the fuel needed
- Added "Start with" fuel amount to Analytics -> Fuel that lets you see exactly what to start the session with
- Visible during qual and race gridding only

- Fuel window is now displayed as a parallelogram to better visualize the true fuel pit window and its fuel extremes

π Neural Speech Recognition
- If GPU utilization is 85% or more, DRE will now automatically use the Cloud provider for single voice inputs. If GPU utilization drops below it can starts using your GPU again.
π Split Info
- Checking the split number now spreads out attempts with exponential backoff (1s, 2s, 4s, 8s) instead of running multiple attempts in rapid succession.
- It now provides a proper "I don’t know" response when split info fetching fails after too many attempts.
π Italian translation corrections

β Auto Start Apps
- Fixed: Auto Start apps would immediately re-open after closing when the simulator exited
- This was caused by a race condition where process monitoring restarted before the sim process fully exited
- Added a 2-second delay before restarting process monitoring to ensure clean process state detection
β LMU Controller Double Input
- Controller buttons mapped in both LMU and DRE caused double inputs (menu moved twice, etc.)
- DRE now reads LMU’s controller configuration to detect conflicts
- When LMU has a controller mapping for an action, DRE skips sending keyboard keys for that action
- This prevents the same button press from being handled twice
β Slow speed yellow flag false detections
- Improved yellow flag detection to reduce false positives at slow corners like Mosport and Long Beach hairpins
- Added contextual analysis using rolling time gap deltas to better distinguish between normal slow corner traffic and actual incidents
- Off-track detection now only triggers when a car is also moving slowly, preventing false alerts from cars simply running wide
β Projected Finish Position Alert could be triggered during cautions
β Session Laps Left
- Math still had flaws and insufficient coverage of real-racing scenarios
- Estimates were too low, resulting in insufficient fuel being calculated for timed races
- Fixed with a cleaner algorithm that directly computes:
- When the leader takes checkered
- Where the driver is at that moment
- Distance from that position to S/F
- Accounts for pit stop time losses again:
- Time spent stationary in the pits (fueling, tire changes, repairs) is subtracted from available racing time, giving accurate lap estimates even with multiple pit stops
- Fixed circular dependency that could cause oscillation in borderline fuel scenarios
- The fix ensures more accurate fuel targets when there’s limited time remaining and you’re being lapped
- Ensured with a comprehensive test suite of 50+ test cases covering real telemetry data, edge cases, hysteresis, pit time loss scenarios, and various driver/leader speed combinations
- Also fixed white flag laps left calculation: If the leader overtook the driver during the last lap, the driver would only be regarded as on the last lap, if the driver was at the start of the lap. Now DRE checks all around the track, to allow for leader passing that turns drivers to white flag.
β Finish position
- Fixed issues with calculating the end position from the distance set-back behind the overall leader
β Interrupting speech would self-cancel
- Fixed an issue where interrupting (and critical) speech output would sometimes be completely silent.
- Previously, when a multi-part announcement like "Yellow in 1 seconds, 1 ahead!" was triggered, the second part could interrupt and cancel the first part before it played
- Both parts would end up skipped, leaving you with no audio alert at all
- DRE now ensures all parts of an alert play sequentially without interrupting each other
β Adding notes would cut off the beginning of your voice input
β Xbox Controller Analog Trigger Support
- Added proper support for Xbox controller Left Trigger (LT) and Right Trigger (RT) via DirectInput
- Previously, analog triggers only worked when detected via XInput; now they work correctly through both detection methods
- This fixes issues where LT/RT buttons would not be detected after USB port changes or when Windows uses DirectInput instead of XInput
- Improved trigger response time for snappier gear shifts
β Bugs caught by the internal bug tracker
π Known Issues
- LMU: Unrelated commands seem to override previous one
- LMU: gear shift no sound gear shift on optimal rpm?
- LMU: Adjust for fuel usage factors
- LMU: Admin status incorrect in offline local sessions
- Have to say ‘no tires’ first, before I can do left/right only
- Ghost GTP’s at Daytona
- Found a bug?
