• Doubled calls to check for cached TTS files on local disk and cloud

• Changing Speech Engine from Hybrid to either Neural or Classic no longer requires an app restart.
• Classic: Fixed: slight Push-To-Talk release delays hangs could prevent otherwise fully recognized speech from being accepted.
• Neural: Fixed app crashing behaviors.

✅ Lap times of "1 minute point …" would be heard as "60 point …"
