⭐ Added commands to ask for fastest lap times of the session

• You can now request the best lap time of the session

• Say something like Best lap time in class, or Server fastest time
• In multi-class races, DRE will speak both overall and class best times if you request the overall best time and you’re in a slower class.

✅ Translated a few hardcoded sentences in Tutorial and Penality alerts

✅ Stable app had beta feature Penalty Threshold Alert partly enabled

✅ LMU could still stay silent on some session joins

• DRE can now recover when LMU shows a live track and cars but does not report its usual session-start signal.
• DRE also keeps retrying to install the DRE LMU plugin if Windows temporarily blocks the plugin file, so the correct plugin is installed once the file becomes available.

✅ DRE looked like it did not start when it was already hidden

• If DRE is already running but its window cannot be brought forward, DRE now tells you how to restore or close the stuck background instance instead of silently disappearing.
